Important changes for applicants under 18
The University's policy on acceptance of international students aged under 18 years is changing.
Effective immediately, new offers of admission to students who will be aged under 18 years at the commencement date of the CoE will only be made where the student will be living in Adelaide with a parent or an eligible relative.
An eligible relative is defined as a parent (including adoptive), brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, grandparent, step-grandparent, aunt, uncle, step-aunt, step-uncle, niece, nephew, step-niece or step-nephew over the age of 21 years.
This change affects all NEW offers of admission.
Applicants who have offers of admission made prior to 21 November 2007 will maintain the right to study at the University under the previous arrangements, whereby students must live in University approved accommodation.
