All enquiries about specific applications should be emailed to admissions@adelaide.edu.au. To enable us to accurately direct your email and respond more efficiently, please ensure that one of the following is included in the subject line of all emails:
- APPLICATION - when lodging a new application;
- RESULTS - when submitting any results, such English language tests or University results, for an existing application;
- REVISED OFFER - when requesting revisions to offers already made, such as deferral of intake, addition of Pre-enrolment English Program (PEP) or other changes;
- TRANSCRIPTS - when submitting certified copies of academic transcripts for an existing application; OR
- STATUS - when requesting information about the status of an existing application.
Please remember to include the student ID / reference ID / application ID, name and date of birth with each enquiry.
Reminder – agent commissions
The International Office requires a separate invoice (with a unique invoice number) for each individual student recruited, including the student ID number and their academic program. Agents may wish to use the proforma below. Please ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to enable timely payment of commissions.

International Office staff profile: Suraj Sadasivan
In this issue we profile Suraj Sadasivan. Suraj has been working in the International Office since 2005 and is now an Admissions Officer. Suraj's current portfolio includes health sciences, undergraduate sciences, and architecture.
Originally from Singapore, Suraj studied in Adelaide and completed a bachelor's degree as an international student. Suraj then obtained his permanent residency.
Prior to coming to Adelaide, Suraj used to work in the Singapore Armed Forces, the Transport Authority in Singapore and at a telecommunications company. He also did some acting part-time on television. Suraj spends his spare, going to the movies and to the gym.
University news – Singapore's woman of the year
Lim Soo Hoon graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Economics in 1980. The Colombo Plan Scholar is Singapore's first female Permanent Secretary, working in the Public Service Division of the Prime Minister's Office.
