Australian Leadership Awards

The Australian Leadership Awards are an initiative of the Australian Government through which scholarships and fellowships are available for current and future leaders from the Asia-Pacific Region.

Applications for the 2009 ALA intake opened 1 April, 2008 and close on 30 June 2008.  For more information visit the AusAID website.

Scholarships are available for longer-term postgraduate study in coursework and research degrees at masters or doctoral level, as well as fellowships for short-term research, study or professional attachments.

As a leader in research, the University of Adelaide is keen to support the initiative of the Australian Leadership Awards through expert training and supervision and academic programs available in a broad range of fields.
