Request for Letter form

Upon request, the International Student Centre will issue students a letter to confirm your status at the University.

To request a letter, please fill out the following details and then click "submit" at the bottom of the screen. You may need to scroll down to complete all required fields.

You can also submit a request for a letter at the counter of the International Student Centre (Level 5, Old Classics). If you have any questions about this form please contact the ISC on +61 8 8303 4828 or by e-mail at isc@adelaide.edu.au.

How many copies should be sent?
When you have finished please click submit. A copy of this form will be e-mailed to the International Student Centre for processing. A copy will also be sent to your University e-mail address as a receipt. It will take approximately 3 business days to complete your request. Thank you.
